ISA’s holistic approach, integrating cultural understanding with practical skills, sets us apart from any other consultant in Australia. Here’s some of the culturally safe advisory services we offer.

Consultancy Services

ISA can act in an advisory capacity to guide any organisation looking to effectively interact with Aboriginal communities. This includes assisting organisations to develop and implement respectful Aboriginal engagement strategies and Reconciliation Action Plans.

Mentoring Programs

ISA assists participants to develop respectful appreciation of cultural diversity within contemporary workplaces. By combining theory and experiential activities in these sessions, participants learn to form lasting, trusting bonds.

Work Readiness Training

Assisting organisations to enhance their Indigenous recruitment and retention outcomes, ISA works closely with Aboriginal employees, focusing on culturally sensitive factors including family and kinship obligations, time and financial management, communication, and teamwork.

Cultural Immersion Trips

ISA hosts on-Country visits for leadership teams to experience Aboriginal culture firsthand, including bush-tucker, art, and sites of cultural significance. A rare opportunity to engage directly with local Aboriginal community members under the stars. Minimum of ten people – enquiries welcome.

“The insights into Australian history were eye-opening – that’s something I was not aware of nor taught at school – I’m glad I got the opportunity to learn about it.”
